She has also assisted clients in launching Technology Compliance functions.

She holds certifications as a Certified Information Systems Auditor(CISA), Six Sigma Greenbelt, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), and is a certified Mediator.

His background as a vendor (technical), a client (operational) and a consultant (business/financial) make him a unique resource.

Ken’s primary roles have been in the financial management and risk assessment of clients’ telecommunications networks and expenses by assisting in identification, understanding and controlling their overall network costs.

Prior to Think-IT, Ken was with KPMG's CFO Advisory practice in Houston, Texas. Ken provided advisory services related to identification of business risks associated with telecommunication and business communications and assisted audit teams with testing of controls around call recording, switching, maintenance, and billing process. Prior to KPMG, Ken was with AT&T for 21 years, where he served in National Account Service Management, in various management roles, and as a Sales Case Manager/Global Service Manager. He has extensive provisioning and maintenance experience in project management for both network and premises equipment. He has provided extensive sales account team support for pre/post sale activities.

Ken has a BA degree from Cameron College, has served in the U.S. Army Reserves for 28 years (retired rank is LTC.). Ken has attended numerous developmental courses for KPMG, AT&T and is a graduate of the Army’s Command & General Staff Course, Airborne, Ranger & Special Forces courses.
